In All Fairness

Wednesday, March 28th, 2007

In all fairness I suppose it’s not all your fault,
How could you have known that it would happen that way?
But I’m just sure I can totally forgive you,
At least not yet, not today.
In all fairness it’s partially my fault as well,
I could have, should have warned you I suppose.
But really, how was I to foresee what happened next,
When while lighting the fire you’d also light my clothes?

Break Free

Wednesday, March 21st, 2007

Though burdens seem to keep you down,
And barriers seem all around you.
Nothing seems right and everything seems hopeless.

Just remember that though you may feel alone,
And that no one cares.
I’ll help you break free my friend from your troubles.

I may not always have the key to the prison that’s holding you back,
But I’ll do what I can in your time of need.
Because I know you’ll help me when I need to break free.

Peer Pressure

Wednesday, March 21st, 2007

Look at them go,
Every one of them following the last.
Makes me sad to see,
Most of their individuality is in the past.
I say just be yourself,
Not like every other ‘drone’.
Go and do something different,
Stop being a clone.

Car Tunes

Monday, March 12th, 2007

Just got a new toy for my car this past weekend. The JVC KD-APD38, which is a car stereo. The nice thing about this one (and the entire reason for my replacing the radio i the first place) is the fact I can plug my iPod directly into the stereo and listen to it through the car’s speakers. I can also control the iPod from the radio when it’s plugged in and it will charge as well.

I’m still getting used to where some of the controls are but overall I’m pleased with my purchase.

I've started sleeping 12 hours a day. The economy being what it is, I can't afford to stay awake any longer than that. Unknown
